One of my favorite Streamlight flashlights is the Stylus Pro. It is a nice high-end pen light.
It comes in a few colors but I only have the red Stylus Pro available at this time.
The body is type II anodized aluminum with a tough internal polymer liner. This combined with a shock proof push button switch makes this one tough lite.
The tail cap switch features both momentary and constant on capability. The pocket clip does a great job of keeping the light where you put it. Output is a nice 24 lumens and it runs on two AAA batteries.
Next up is the Coyote Tan PolyTac flashlight that features a tough high impact nylon handle and a bright C4 LED. Runs on 2 CR123A lithium batteries that provide up to 120 lumens of light. Once again the tailcap switch has momentary-on capability.
Finally we have the new compact Sidewinder flashlight that is only 3 x 1 x 2 inches and has four different LED’s: a white C4 LED (45 lumens max), an IR LED, a Red LED, and a Blue LED. These are chosen via a pull-to-turn rotary knob. On/Off operation is via a push button switch that also selects the various output levels of 5%, 25%, 60%, 100%, and strobe. On top of this the head pivots up to 185 degrees to make it super easy to aim the flashlight where you want it. Runs on a single CR123A lithium battery.
