Just added a couple of Gerber flashlights to my site. 

The Gerber Recon is a compact flashlight that runs on a single AA battery and has a head that turns in order to select different colored filters.

The clear/white filter is for general use, the red is used when you need to preserve your night vision, blue is used when you need to  identify fluids, and green is used when you need to read a map. Gerber calls this capability D.I.A.L which stands for Diode Illumination Adjustable Lens.

Next is the new Gerber Iris flashlight that provides up to 60 lumens of light and up to 8 hours run time on 2 AA batteries.  The housing is glass filled nylon with a nice textured grip.  Overall length is 6.38″.

It also features spot-to-flood capability when you turn its head, and the recessed push button tail cap switch has momentary-on capability.  Comes with lanyard hole that takes 550 para cord.
